I structure our sessions to help you find answers, solutions, insights and perspectives. I offer you my warmth, empathy, coaching skills, knowledge of the human condition, experience and learnings. Helping people move forward when they're feeling stuck, confused and anxious is my passion, and I absolutely adore the brilliance and usefulness of Coaching, which I combine with Mindfulness, a holistic approach and other therapeutic techniques, to help my clients live life from a more empowered and joyful place. I trained at a Coaching Centre of Excellence and I happily and continually study and research my crafts with further training and qualifications. I am a qualified Coach and Mindfulness Teacher with over 1,000 hours experience.
